The Essentials:

Planning

• A 1-2 hour consultation outlining the wedding vision and style
• Custom budget breakdown
• A minimum of 4 status meetings including the checklist system
• Vendor referrals based on your budget and vision
• Assistance in selection of all vendors
• One site visit to include design and layout of the reception
• Evaluation of vendor contracts
• Creation of timelines for wedding day to include:
  • Diagrams for ceremony
  • Reception oversight
  • Detailed itinerary for vendors
  • Follow up calls to all vendors one week prior to the wedding
• Hotel negotiation and room blocks

Wedding Weekend Services

• Direction of the rehearsal, working with clergy and musicians
  
• Pinning on boutonnieres and handing out bouquets
  
• Execution of the wedding day itinerary; working with all vendors
  
• Provide oversight and set-up coordination as needed for:
  
  • Rehearsal
    
  • Ceremony
    
  • Wedding Reception
    
• Provide a fully stocked emergency kit for all last minute needs
  
• A minimum of two wedding professionals on site during ceremony and reception
